The Adirondack Lynx Summer Soccer School is a unique 10-week training program for girls at the U12, U14, and U16 levels. The 10 weeks of training is meant to compliment a players club team schedule. To help players improve as individuals they need to learn how to think and perform like world class athletes. This year along with the demanding technical sessions, the Lynx Elite Female Soccer Academy players will be exposed to mental conditioning as well as Speed/Quickness and strength/agility sessions. more >>>
The Adirondack Lynx Elite Female Soccer Academy is doing its summer send-off by inviting its academy players into residency for a 2 day training. The Academy hope to get its players physically and mentally ready for the school soccer sesaon. more >>>
The U16 Elite Summer Program will run 8-weeks (10 training sessions) and will be held at Gavin Park in Saratoga. The Academy will train on Mondays from 5-6:30pm starting May 21 and ending July 9. The Teams will then participate in 2 soccer tournaments...

At the New York State Section 2 Girls Soccer Banquet on December 3, 2006 a number of Lynx Academy Players took home Section II honors. Among others, Lisa Tarquinio was recognized as the Class B High School Player of the year. more >>>
