Empire State Scholastic Girls Soccer Wins Silver

The Adirondack Lynx Elite Female Soccer Academy continues to be a draw for our local top female soccer players. Recently 9 of the 16 chosen players that competed in Binghampton at the 2008 Empire State Games are players that have participated the academy/wpsl program.

The Adirondack Team finished the weekend 2-2 winning the silver medal.

Renae Cairns from Ballston Spa was the starting keeper and had 5 saves in the gold medal match. Kylie Watt Scored 5 goals, Caitlin Cahalan scored 3 goals, Whitney Frary netted 2 while Taylor Teal, Ashley Cross and Ashley Wilson each had 1 a piece.
